INSTRUCTIONS
FENDER INSTALLATION
Spacing
between tire and fender can be done with flex tubing or wet sponges
Once
you have profiled fender for just the right look, mark your holes. You will
then want to trim your mount tabs for caliper clearance if necessary.
Profile
your fender over the tire, between the rails and check the contour of your seat
for precise fitment... then mark your mounting holes for drilling.
Check
for clearance of swingarms... especially if you have lowered the bike in any
way.
Check
for final belt/chain clearance. Lowered bikes will need trimming...
See
how seat fits flush... now mark your mounting hole... once the fender is painted
we suggest you run a button head bolt from the underside and nut it between
the tab and the fender... then nut again on the top side of the tab... this
way you only have to remove the top nut to remove the seat.
Trimming
Suggestions: You can easily cut these fenders with a jig or saber saw, then
sand down the edge for desired look. Holes will be a clean cut when drilling
slowly with a sharp drill bit.
